We all want to be fit, healthy and slim so we can try all the clothes we like. There are some simple myths about weight loss and we are going to see them now. Follow this simple steps and keep in mind, you will lose your weight easily.

#1. Eat in Time:

Never skip your Breakfast. Have Breakfast around 8.30 AM to 9 AM, lunch around 1 PM and finish your dinner by 8.30.  Not having breakfast in time will help you put on weight.

#2. Drink Water:

Keep a water bottle with you always. Drink water according to your weight. You must drink 1 litre for every 20 Kg. For example, if you weigh 50 Kg. You must drink 2 and half litre per day.

#3. Drink water before meals:

If you don't have control on what you are eating, try drinking water before you eat. You will feel that you ate full soon and you will eat less.

#4. Green Tea:

Drinking six Glasses of Green tea a day will help you burn calories soon. Atleast drink two glass of Green tea a day.

#5. Exercise:

Exercise daily for 20 -30 minutes, which is to burn your calories or take a walk for 1 hour daily. You will feel light everyday you exercise. Psychology says when people practice a new habit in their life routine, people are most likely to discontinue the habit on the four days. But if they continue for 20 days, they will succeed in adding the new habit to their life routine.

#6. Small steps:

Do simple works on the work like take stairs rather than taking lift. When you change one channel on the television get up and keep the remote in one corner of the room. So every time you want to change channel or control volume get up and do it. Keep water bottle away from you but should be visible, whenever you feel like drinking water get up and drink.

#7. Healthy Diet:

Eat Boiled chicken than Fried chicken. Add more vegetables and fruits to your Diet. Eat fruits instead of drinking Juices.

#8. Routine:

Stick to your Diet routine whatever happens. Plan everything before hand. Watch your Calorie intake. Eat less Calorie foods and do work to burn more Calorie.

#9. Drink water for stomach fat:

 Drink water after 20 minutes of every meals, to reduce bloating on your stomach.

#10. Play like a kid:

Practice any outdoor games you prefer, join some yoga, aerobics or sports classes. Buy a 5$ ball and play. You can wall practice using Ball and bat by throwing balls on the walls and playing.

10. Wulingyuan:

Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Hunan Province, China designated in 1992. It's noted for more than 3,000 quartzite sandstone pillars and peaks across most of the site, many over 200 metres (660 ft) in height, along with many ravines and gorges with attractive streams, pools and waterfalls. It features 40 caves, many with large calcite deposits, and two natural bridges, Xianrenqiao (Bridge of the Immortals) and Tianqiashengkong (Bridge Across the Sky).

9. Mesa verde:

Mesa Verde National Park situated in Colorado was established to preserve archaeological sites built by the Ancestral Puebloans who inhabited Mesa Verde for more than 700 years (550 A.D. to 1300 A.D.). Currently Mesa Verde has over 4,700 archaeological sites including 600 cliff dwellings and the mesa top sites of pithouses, pueblos, masonry towers, and farming structure, with many more yet to be discovered.

8. Borobudur:

This famous Buddhist temple, dating from the 8th and 9th centuries, is located in central Java. It was built in three tiers: a pyramidal base with five concentric square terraces, the trunk of a cone with three circular platforms and, at the top, a monumental stupa. The walls and balustrades are decorated with fine low reliefs, covering a total surface area of 2,500 m2. Around the circular platforms are 72 openwork stupas, each containing a statue of the Buddha. The monument was restored with UNESCO's help in the 1970s.
